A Fire Insurance
aims to guarantee an indemnity payment, up to the limit(s)
of the insured amount(s), for damage caused by covered risk
factors, inflicted to the property of an insured person at
a certain address. Such insurance is called a Direct Insurance.
When a fire insurance
contract is made up, distinct coverage amounts must be determined
for each item to be insured and for each building/room that
forms a separate risk, as well as for its contents (machines,
furniture, utensils, merchandises and raw material).
