VERSÃO EM PORTUGUÊS

A car insurance is a guarantee against duly attested losses and expenses, related to cars, caused by covered risk factors, up to the insured amounts, determined by the client. These amounts do not constitute any previous agreement about indemnity payments to be effectuated by the insurance company; they are only the basis for the calculation of the maximum limits of the claimable indemnity payments.
